AirOps is committed to providing the most secure methods possible to access data across all domains and data types. We understand the importance of data security and have implemented robust security measures to ensure safety and confidentiality. AirOps connects directly to your data infrastructure, and does not require any customer data or personally identifiable information (PII) to be stored at rest. This means that your data remains in your control at all times, and is never accessible to anyone outside of your organization.
AirOps upholds a security posture in compliance with SOC2 Type 2 and can provide a comprehensive report upon request. In addition to SOC2 certification, AirOps has also undergone regular security audits and assessments to ensure that our security measures are effective and up-to-date.
AirOps connects directly to your data warehouse, providing secure and scalable access to all of your data. For data architectures within private networks, AirOps can optionally connect via an SSH Tunnel.
Once connected to your data warehouse, AirOps is used to define, model, and aggregate your data using SQL. In AirOps, datasets are stored logically as SQL queries, rather than physically storing the underlying data. This means AirOps does not store customer datasets at rest, and the data remains within your architecture.
A sync is used to replicate data from its source to a selected destination (e.g. Google Sheets). AirOps executes a SQL Query based on the sync settings and translates the output to an API request for the chosen destination.
Several features in the AirOps platform and tools use AI to provide advanced capabilities. The content produced by these features is generated in whole or in part by pre-trained models accessed via third party APIs. Allowing users to leverage the capabilities of these models with their existing data, workflows and expertise enables very powerful use cases.
While AI can be used to achieve amazing results, it is important to recognize that available models are limited in their capabilities. Although we take steps to enrich and improve AI generated content, it can still be subject to bias and errors.
Model providers, the AI community, and companies like AirOps are working together to continue to improve safety and reliability. If during your use of these features you encounter any content that is concerning, please contact [email protected]
