About the Role

As a Growth Data Analyst at AirOps, you will play a crucial role in both pre-sales and post-sales success by leveraging data to demonstrate and measure the value of AirOps for our customers. You will work closely with our sales, customer success, and product teams to develop robust forecasting models and track key performance metrics that showcase the ROI of our AI-powered growth workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Analysis:
  • Build and maintain forecasting models to estimate potential ROI for prospects
  • Create data-driven presentations to support sales conversations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to answer technical questions about implementation and expected outcomes
• Post-Sales Analysis:
  • Design and implement measurement frameworks to track customer success metrics
  • Create automated reporting systems to monitor campaign performance
  • Partner with customer success teams to identify opportunities for expansion
