Role Overview

We're seeking a Chief of Staff to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you'll work directly with the executive team to drive strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and accelerate company growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to all aspects of a high-growth SaaS business. Driving revenue generating initiatives will be the most important aspect of this job.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and scale the CEOs network and relationships with our customers, partners, and target accounts to drive revenue
• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning, including quarterly OKRs, board meetings, and investor communications
• Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments
• Create and maintain executive communications, both internal and external
• Act as a liaison between executive leadership and other teams

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth startup (preference for sales or business development/partnerships)
• Track record of executing complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Strong “Sales DNA” and a bias toward action
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Startup experience is a plus
