Job Brief

At its core, this role is about helping customers build AI-powered content engines that drive real business results. Our customers—growth and marketing teams—are looking for a competitive edge. They want to scale organic traffic, increase conversions, and grow revenue using AI, and they turn to AirOps to make it happen.

As a Deployment Strategist, you’ll act as a strategic operator and hands-on execution partner, helping customers design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows that generate high-quality content at scale. You’ll go deep into customer data, workflows, and goals to uncover what works, deploy fast, and iterate—all while ensuring every initiative is tied to measurable growth outcomes.

This role is high-impact and fast-moving. You’ll need to keep customers on track, and ruthlessly prioritize execution. You have experience managing customers through technical software implementations, ensuring deployments are smooth, fast, and high-impact. You are also comfortable and have experience interfacing with both end users and business decision-makers, and recognize that each audience may want different data to find AirOps valuable.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers (growth marketers, content leads, and execs) to understand their content strategy and growth objectives
• Own the content deployment schedule—track when customers are publishing AI-generated content, ensure consistency in execution, and proactively manage timelines to keep implementation timelines on track
• Partner with AI Solutions Engineers to design and implement AI workflows—while you focus on business impact, execution speed, and customer success, your counterpart handles technical builds inside the AirOps platform
• Optimize AI-driven content engines for performance, tracking key metrics like organic traffic, click-through rates, and revenue impact
• Move fast to deploy solutions, ensuring customer implementations don’t get stuck in endless iteration cycles
