We’re on a mission to ignite a movement, and we need a passionate Community and Platform Education Lead to lead the charge 🚀. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind a vibrant builder community, empowering users to transform how they work with AI. You’ll shape the future by creating impactful educational resources, spearheading community programs, and inspiring builders to push the boundaries of what's possible with AirOps.
Key Responsibilities
- Resources and Guides Development : Create and improve educational resources, guides, and best practices to drive user success and product adoption.
- Product Updates and Feedback Collection : Communicate product updates and gather feedback from the community to inform product improvements and identify growth opportunities.
- Program Management : Expand the Creator Program and Builder Network, driving community-led initiatives that boost engagement and awareness.
- Lead by Example : Adopt a 'build-in-public' approach by sharing content and projects, encouraging community contributions, and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Cross Functional Collaboration : Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, CX, and Product teams to uncover high-impact use cases, fuel innovation with user insights, and accelerate the launch of new features. Together, you’ll drive rapid iteration, transforming ideas into reality and making a tangible impact across the entire platform.
- Monitor Initiative Performance : Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and recommend solutions to improve outcomes, regularly presenting findings to the Exec team.
