About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer eager to help more people leverage emerging LLMs and related models, and apply them to real-world workplace challenges.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of core features of our AirOps workflow builder and consumption experience. Bringing a product mindset and startup mentality, you will innovate and iterate on features that simplify the creation, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered solutions. You'll play a key role in exploring new technologies and methodologies to push the boundaries of what our platform can achieve, fostering innovation and setting new standards in the industry.
What you’ll own
- Leading projects for our core product, from inception through to deployment, ensuring they align with our strategic goals
- Prioritize organization and planning, collaborating closely with the team to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently
- Focus on enhancing product usability in collaboration with the design team
- Facilitate technical discussions and code reviews, sharing knowledge and feedback with the engineering team
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Champion the quality of the final product, overseeing the implementation details from a technical perspective and ensuring the delivery meets our high standards of usability and performance
- Innovate in the AI space, staying up-to-date with the latest AI trends and identifying opportunities for integrating them into our software products
Your experience
- Demonstrated expertise as a lead developer on technical products, with a special emphasis on application layer development
- Significant experience in full-stack application development, with a solid background in crafting complex solutions
