What You'll Own

We are looking to accelerate growth by bringing on a talented Recruiter. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in building high-performing teams in fast-paced startup environments, with a focus on technical and customer-facing roles. You'll be instrumental in shaping our team and culture as we scale.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute AirOps' recruiting strategy, focusing on IC-level Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering roles
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
• Implement and optimize recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience
