What You'll Own
We are seeking an energetic and customer-obsessed Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our sales and implementation processes, ensuring customers reach key milestones and capture value when adopting the AirOps platform.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the onboarding process, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate
- Work with incoming customers to capture and refine product requirements, calibrate on AI outputs, and work with our activation team to reach steady state
- Collaborate with sales and activation teams to ensure customers realize value quickly and sustainably with the AirOps platform
- Proactively communicate with customers to keep them informed, engaged, and motivated throughout the implementation phase
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns, working cross-functionally to find solutions
- Gather customer feedback and insights and share with our product and engineering teams to continuously improve our onboarding and implementation processes
