Job Brief
Join AirOps as an Event Marketing Specialist and be instrumental in orchestrating high-impact events that drive engagement and growth. You will plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of initiatives—including intimate dinners with industry leaders, partner co-marketing events, and promotional webinars—that bring our brand to life and foster strong relationships with customers, prospects, and partners.
As a key member of our marketing team, you'll create memorable in-person and digital experiences that captivate marketers and growth professionals seeking innovative ways to scale. Your ability to generate excitement, coupled with strong communication skills, will be essential in building brand awareness within the B2B SaaS space.
Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Intimate Dinners:
- Work closely with executive team to develop event strategies and concepts that resonate with key customers and industry leaders.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, guest outreach, and on-site management.
- Manage post-event follow-up, sharing key insights and maintaining relationships with attendees.
- Coordinate Partner and Co-Marketing Events:
- Collaborate with partners and co-hosts to plan joint events that align with shared objectives.
- Lead internal project management efforts to ensure seamless coordination across teams.
- Oversee event follow-up activities, including communications and performance analysis.
- Manage Promotional Webinars and Marketing Events:
- Conduct outreach to potential speakers and manage briefing sessions.
- Schedule and coordinate event timelines, ensuring all participants are aligned.
- Capture content for social media and marketing collateral during events.
- Organize post-event review sessions and draft follow-up communications.
- Content Creation and Editing:
- Record event sessions and assist in editing clips for promotional use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose event content across channels.
- Utilize Event Management Tools:
- Leverage platforms like Luma and Gatsby to streamline event registration and communication.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and tools to enhance event effectiveness.
