What You'll Own

We are looking for an awesome BizOps and Finance Lead to help build AirOps for scale. Our ideal candidate is incredibly organized, comfortable wearing multiple hats, hungry to dive in and solve complex problems, and has a proven track record in working cross-functionally to build and optimize processes across growth, finance, and customer operations.

Responsibilities:

Build and find opportunities to automate new processes, including but not limited to billing, payments, demand generation, proposal generation, reporting, customer onboarding, and team member onboarding
Develop and maintain financial models and reports (e.g., ARR, Retention, CAC, Burn) to support strategic decision-making in alignment with AirOps’ growth objectives
Work cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, and CX teams to find opportunities for efficiency and automation
Work with our COO and fractional CFO to manage and improve financial processes and the fidelity of our P&L
Partner with our executive team to prepare for Board meetings and lead our quarterly planning cycles
